Data Backups and Archives: Data Backups are performed hourly, daily, and monthly. Data is maintained for all years a school uses the software.

 

 

Digital Enhancements, LLC will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. No transfer of your Personal Data will take place to another organization or a country. All school data is strictly for use of the MySchoolWorx application only. No data is distributed to any other entity without written permission from the authorized school representative (i.e.- transcripts or documentation necessary for college entry or access as directed by the school). Any transfers for college entry or access are performed with the highest level of security.

 

Data Storage Post Subscription Cancellation:

In the event a MySchoolWorx service/subscription contract is canceled, by either party, it is the responsibility of the school (subscriber) to download and store its data from the MySchoolWorx portal. Digital Enhancements, LLC, will not store data longer than 12 months (1 year) after service is disconnected for any reason. Data not retrieved after 12 months is deleted.

 

 

Disclosure of Data

Business Transaction

If Digital Enhancements, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.]

QuickBooks Online API

QuickBooks is an accounting software package developed and marketed by Intuit. QuickBooks products are geared mainly toward small and medium-sized businesses and offer on-premises accounting applications as well as cloud-based versions that accept business payments, manage and pay bills, and payroll functions.

SendGrid API

SendGrid provides a cloud-based email delivery service that assists businesses with email delivery.

Twilio API

Twilio is a cloud communications platform as a service for sending and receiving text messages using its web service APIs.

 

Analytics

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our websites and Service.

  • Google Analytics
    Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
