Storage of Data
United States Customers: Your information, including Personal Data, is securely stored on servers located inside the U.S.
If you are located outside the United States (except Canada) and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to the United States and process it there.
Canada: Your information, including Personal Data, is securely stored solely on servers located inside Canada.
Data Backups and Archives: Data Backups are performed hourly, daily, and monthly. Data is maintained for all years a school uses the software.
Data Storage Post Subscription Cancellation:
In the event a MySchoolWorx service/subscription contract is canceled, by either party, it is the responsibility of the school (subscriber) to download and store its data from the MySchoolWorx portal. Digital Enhancements, LLC, will not store data longer than 12 months (1 year) after service is disconnected for any reason. Data not retrieved after 12 months is deleted.
Disclosure of Data
Disclosure for Law Enforcement
Under certain circumstances, Digital Enhancements, LLC may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).
Digital Enhancements, LLC may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:
- To comply with a legal obligation
- To protect and defend the rights or property of Digital Enhancements, LLC
- To prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service
- To protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public

QuickBooks is an accounting software package developed and marketed by Intuit. QuickBooks products are geared mainly toward small and medium-sized businesses and offer on-premises accounting applications as well as cloud-based versions that accept business payments, manage and pay bills, and payroll functions.
SendGrid provides a cloud-based email delivery service that assists businesses with email delivery.
Twilio is a cloud communications platform as a service for sending and receiving text messages using its web service APIs.
We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our websites and Service.
- Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.
We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children have provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of 18 (“Children”).
